In 2001, a fruitless search for suitable software to use in our own practices led to the formation of Optix Software. By the time our initial product was launched at Optrafair in 2003 work had already begun on a revolutionary new Internet linked system designed from day one to excel in every area.
Our cloud based solution was officially launched at Optrafair in 2007 and has achieved phenomenal success. Development work has continued relentlessly and we are now the clear market leader in both technology and functionality. Optix is in use in practices throughout the country ranging from single sites to large optical groups, Optix truly is a system like no other.
From our very first installation we have invested heavily to deliver the highest possible customer service standards, and even the most superficial read through our customer testimonials shows that we continue to work to standards that our competitors can only aspire to.
By installing Optix into your business you are becoming part of an ever growing community. We have a online forum to which every Optix user is subscribed, this is very active with postings covering everything from product suggestions through to requests for advice and a few jokes along the way. Our annual usergroup meeting has become a real highlight event with over 300 users gathering each year for an enjoyable and informative few days away from the office.
We now provide a whole raft of additional services including Internet Connectivity, Backup (using Ctera), VOIP (using 3CX) and Remote Printing/Mailing (Postcards and Letters). All of these have been initiated by customer demand.
As we move into our second decade, we continue to do things very differently. The strength of our business comes from the people who rely on our software every day to run their business.
