Optix is highly intuitive and requires only minimal training. Although entirely optional, we strongly recommend that new customers have a full day of on-site training.

As the Optix system is continually upgraded and enhanced, further training is often provided through Webinars, Usergroup Meetings or on a one-to-one session with a member of our team. All remote training is included within your monthly software rental, only if you require on-site training will this be chargeable
