Back in 2001 we set about searching for a practice management system for our own practice. After weighing up our options, we were underwhelmed by the software that was available. Not wanting to compromise, our Managing Director, Trevor Rowley, decided to hire a team to build a system where he didn’t need to settle for less.
Optix Software was created and we’ve spent the last 20 years working with our community to build a product that we’re proud of. Our business has grown far bigger than we would have expected all those years ago, and we have our users to thank for that.
Since our launch we’ve continued to update Optix with one goal: to help you succeed by delivering the best software, and more importantly, the best service. We have no sales team – choosing to build a team of Optix experts that are ready to help you at every step.
Having experience of running our own practice, we understand that as you grow, your needs will change. That’s why we’ve invested in providing additional services based on our community’s needs. From VoIP, hardware and broadband; we offer options allowing you to pick and choose what you want, when you want.
At Optix, we’re passionate about our community. The benefits of having access to your peers as you’re navigating the ups and downs of running your business is invaluable. That’s why all our users have access to our forum and our conference. This highly anticipated event sees hundreds of users gather for an informative few days out of the office, complete with celebrity speakers, musical performances and the latest Optix updates.
The future will bring many changes and enhancements to our software, but one thing that will never change is our dedication to our users and helping them succeed.
